Ronald Reagan used in an era where "deregulation" was treated like a god. Anything that made more money for the marketplace was seen as good

Since we basically now pay for TV, let's cut the 15 minutes of commercials in a 30 minute show? Eliminate, Drug, Lawyers and political adds.

My sister's boyfriend, an Australian, visited the US for the first time a few years ago. He said he was shocked to see the pharma ads on TV.
