You name the point correctly. The 90% deserve tremendous respect & gratitude. But that does not mean we do not have to address the 10% issue

Ever heard the term 'innocent until proven guilty'? it means that at point of arrest we Americans hold that the suspect is innocent. No?

I realize it & do respect it! But they themselves will tell you there are some bad ones, just like bad doctors or lawyers or anything else!
