Meditation is always important, but given the days we're living through it's our greatest contribution to the healing of the world.

Meditation calms the mind, but doesn't enter love into the environment. Compassion only enters the environment by an action. Not thought.

Thoughts of love do affect an environment, because all thought is creative. We feel it when we're loved just as we feel it when we're hated.

So agree. In Ann Arbor we used to gather to meditate around the globe. I enjoyed reiki on the globe as well. Just reiki into the universe.
