In some states, where done right, yes. My sister was addict, died last yr from, it IS illness, BUT hard to get stuff IF sellers r off street

Those who have chosen to make living as manufacturers & dealers don't suffer mental illness, THOSE do deserve criminal punishment.
Users, yes, I agree,but I also know many who use it as their business...manufacturing & selling,these ppl need prosecuted to fullest extent.
Okla, Louisiana, Fl...there are a few more w/tough laws and good rehabs too.
