Proven in court other than by the media kangaroo court? While i cannot speak for his innocence, isn't any person innocent til proven guilty?

Trump invited Pres. Duterte of the Philippines to visit the WH. So much for vetting violent criminals and not letting them into the country.

He is not tried in an American court because his crimes are not in America. But they are public. This is not the media making something up.

There is a case b4 the ICC but no judgment yet. And as far as i know, no case has been filed in the Phils. Did i say you were making it up?
