I know you lefties have a hard time with the constitution or other laws, but it's not decided by petition.

yes, but states have laws that bind them to the choice of the people of that state, not the people of New York, or Cali!

yes, I know. But there are state laws, not to mention the fact that electors usually support the candidate of that party.

it's actually NOT in the constitution but in state laws and party rules. Electors have to vote for the state winner. #byebye
