@rveckert I don't think so. If I did, it wasn't intentional. Not familiar with FCAT. What's the difference?
@rveckert All I can tell you is what I've seen: HUGE highschool stadiums and gyms. somebody's getting a workout.
@rveckert We weren't REQUIRED to be involved in band at all and I was with the jazz ensemble--no marching. I'm not sure it's an improvement.
@rveckert so they teach to the tests, yada yada. ok. New York has had that system for GENERATIONS. Regents work.
@rveckert Here in NC "parents" are supposedly irate about weekly reading tests; in NC, I have no doubt that some of them are intimidated.
@rveckert Well, again, we need to get a standard baseline. What states do differently is what attracts/dissuades people from moving.
