Combination of diminished civil liberties, expanded corporate influence & domestic surveillance is a dangerous brew. We need to get on this.

@marwilliamson well,why did #OWS fail? no candidates. the tea party still has the ideals those ppl gathered for getting actively represented
@marwilliamson tea party still has candidates representing what those ppl gathered for. OWS didn't convert their ppl power into voting power
@marwilliamson if #OWS had had a candidate, someone they could support & vote for. there would still be "Occupy Candidates," representing us
@marwilliamson there's "tea party values" that tea party candidates fight for& represent. clarify the "occupy party values" & represent them
@marwilliamson #OWS also failed b/c there was never a full consensus of what "Occupy Wall Street Values" were. Clarify them, represent them.
@marwilliamson if you clarified & represented #OWS values, you could count on the #OWS vote & all that #OWS energy would actually go to use.
