Note to digesters of pills that "just take the edge off": Sometimes the edge should be ON! This is not a time in America to be numb.

@marwilliamson @Domlutier pill popping should be reduced to a minimum for sure but some people need treatment + shouldn't be stigmatised.

@marwilliamson It's not much of a life when you can barely walk to the washroom, or feed yourself, or barely able to hug your kids. :-(

@marwilliamson YES! In yoga, we flow through the discomfort at our edge, and expand beyond old limits physically, and spiritually. :-)
