@smendler If money didn't rule politics the way it does now (through Citizens United and so forth), then that wouldn't necessarily be true.

@marwilliamson but under the Corporate Imperative (= "profits above all else"), "conscience" is actually a liability

@smendler Exactly. But a government should NOT be run that way. A country is not a business.
