Playing the race card is not necessary to justify ending the prohibition. At the very least it's a State issue and shouldn't concern the Feds.

it's gonna be awesome! imagine real recovery people want, not drug war hostages helping addiction medicine do fraud. Legalization of drugs changes things, so we can stop lying and hiding and dying.

As long as we can stop perpetuating the myth that addiction is a disease, we all have a chance. As long as insurance companies are involved, however, there's little chance of change.
