Yeah, no. 3/4 of the white/black wealth gap is btwn the richest 10% of wht ppl vs richest 10% of blk ppl; 97% of the wealth gap is btwn the top 1/2 of each group. The small gap btwn the bottom 50% of blk vs wht ppl is explained by differences in age/marriage rates/geography/etc.
