Wherever large groups of people are desperate, there are seeds of conflict. As long as we are unwilling to do everything possible to ameliorate the despair, we are supporting systems of incarceration and war that are ultimately a continuation of the violence. 3/5

We need a President who sees and understands this and is not afraid to say it. The Doomsday Clock is ticking closer to midnight, while we go along blindly with a system that spells more and more risk to the survivability of the species. 4/5

We absolutely need a department of peace and we need to go above party lines and come together to accomplish this. Both sides have crazy, narcissistic lunatics screaming for more war an Genocide. Enough with this unsustainable killing machine.
