Most of those are not rights. Nobody has a right to someone else's labor. That is slavery. This is your biggest issue, you fail at economics and don't understand the role of government. What would you cut to pay for this massive expansion?

Say it with me: Labeling something a "right" does not immunize it from scarcity. Jobs, healthcare, education, housing, banking, etc are all goods or services that have finite supply. Calling them "rights" does nothing to fix that supply problem.
