It’s time to end America’s War on Drugs. Initiated in 1971, we have spent $1 trillion and it has only exacerbated the problem. 1/4

In the 1970s there were 300,000 people in US prisons; today there are 2.3 million. Almost half of all federal prisoners are nonviolent drug offenders. 2/4

We should treat drugs not as a criminal issue but as a health issue (such as in nations like Portugal.) For a fraction of the $100 billion we spend a year on the War on Drugs, we could pay for a world-class network of recovery options that actually help people get sober. 3/4

People don’t die from “addiction” they die from the toxic drug supply. Legalize.

At the very least all whole plants in their natural form should be legal to consume. By focusing on legalizing milder forms of substances such as coca tea and opium, we can incentivize the use of plants that are less deadly. #LegalizePlants 🌱

why so every city can look like SF, Portland and Seattle? no thanks...
Then how would the DEA and private prisons scam the American public? Seems unfair to them

RFKJr’s plan to reform the justice system is brilliant. We could have non-violent drug offenders being rehabilitated in self sufficient regenerative farm communities. We can give these people purpose in their lives. Start feeding Americans food that isn’t poison.

Say you'll close the borders and deport this last few million immigrants that came in last year. You can win the nomination.
