This is infuriating. Arctic temperatures and human beings outside struggling to get warm. New Hampshire alone needs 31,000 units just to get out of the hole. We need a Domestic Marshall Plan for housing in the United States, with 5 to 10 million units of social units of social housing built. Not really a difficulat question if sensible, caring people made the decisions. Here all pay a 'fee' to cover all accidents on the roads. All costs. Not for profit. A 'trajedy 'fee' is introduced. Anyone who is below the minimum has access to all that they need at our cost. All
