I visited this area of Eagle Pass about a month ago. I saw the buoys and learned how people drown from them. I saw a hand made monument erected to the 1500 people who died in the Rio Grande last year trying to get across. May God forgive us. #ImpeachGregAbbott
A woman and two children drowned near an area where Texas has blocked Border Patrol from processing migrants. Rep. Henry Cuellar said Texas prevented Border Patrol from trying to rescue them. A CBP official tells me Cuellar’s account is accurate. cbsnews.com/news/3-migrants-…

Perfect example that you are very compassionate yet totally clueless on why this happens. Close the damn border and stop encouraging and inviting illegal immigration

We need a president who cares about the citizens and legal residents of the USA, and not for all humans on earth. If you value all life equaly find another profession.

This is how a "scared white American" thinks. How a "Christian" absolutist thinks, too. All difference must be "removed" from their life-space, their own are too weak to withstand "temptation" of a different idea. Where is Simple 10 Commandments, & Jesus "love thy neighbor"?

Stop it!

Well then maybe they shouldn't cross the border there. You don't blame Biden, you don't blame the cartels? You blame Texas? Are you pro-human trafficking? Because that's what Biden's border policy is.

Conflicting reports on recent deaths of 3 migrants whom allegedly drowned in the Rio Grande on the Eagle Pass border - Congressman Henry Cuellar and the Department of Homeland Security say BP agents were ‘physically barred’ from providing aid to a migrant distress call by Texas officials. The Texas Military Department disputes these claims - ‘TMD had a unit in the vicinity of the boat ramp and actively searched the river with lights and night vision goggles. No migrants were observed…. TMD observed a group of Mexican authorities responding to an incident on the Mexico-side of the river bank. TMD reported their observations back to Border Patrol and they confirmed that the Mexican authorities required no additional assistance.”
