The United States dropped bombs on the Houthis in Yemen today, because the Houthis are attacking ships in the Red Sea in retaliation against Israel for dropping bombs on Gaza. An infinitely better way to handle this would be for the bombs to stop dropping on Gaza.

I agree with you, but as evil as the atrocities of Oct. 7 were they do not justify what is occurring now. Many things are true at the same time. There is no military solution here and there never was.

Yes they do! Is Hamas going to stop attacking? Do you think Israel should wait until Hams has killed 300,000 Israeli before putting a stop to it. The ONLY REASON their are civilian deaths is because Hamas hides among them.

It’s easy to say “there’s no military solution” when you personally don’t have a military and don’t have other solutions. MW lives thousands of kilometers out of range of Hamas rockets, and her home isn’t a brisk jog to an enemy army. This is white, western, woman’s privilege.
