Cut back on the new form of Vitamin D that is in all milk and fortified cereal. Cholecalciferol is dampening immune systems, causing breathlessness & circulation problems just to start. It's from sheep grease/sweat & there's a Vitamin D receptor in every cell affecting mRNA.

Everyone has immunity at some level to covid. If you're not 70+ or pre-existing conditions there's no reason for this nonsense. If you do (I do, myself) than take some extra precautions here and there but live your life. Life's not worth living like this.
