For those who don’t understand…. “Specific institutional realities” ——->> means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. “Economic Paradigm” ——->> means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Both phrases are so obviously VAGUE that it can be interpreted to anything the reader wants it to mean.
