I have a great idea, Nikki: Stop driving people into chronic despair due to the fact that they don’t have healthcare, they can’t pay off their college loan debts, they can’t live on just one job and they can’t afford a place to live!
We have to deal with the cancer that is mental health.

HEAR ME my HUMAN RIGHTS are BEING VIOLATED. I am writing to express my deep concerns and to formally request your office's attention and action regarding what I perceive as significant issues in the workers' compensation system in Washington State, particularly as they pertain to the rights and representation of injured workers. As a resident of Washington State and an advocate for injured workers' rights, I have encountered numerous challenges and barriers in seeking justice and fair treatment within the current system. My experiences, coupled with my research and interactions with other injured workers, have led me to believe that there are systemic issues within our state's approach to workers' compensation that may be infringing upon the federal and state human rights of workers. Key Concerns: Representation and Conflict of Interest: It appears that the State Attorney General's office primarily represents the interests of employers and the state in workers' compensation claims, potentially creating a conflict of interest, as injured workers, who also contribute to the system, may not receive equal representation or advocacy. Human Rights and Workers' Rights: The current system, in my view, inadequately protects the human rights of injured workers, particularly in terms of fair representation, access to adequate benefits, and the right to be heard and treated justly within the legal system. Need for an Ombudsman: The establishment of an independent ombudsman for workers in Washington State could provide much-needed oversight, advocacy, and support for injured workers, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices heard. Request for Action: I respectfully request that your office: Conduct a thorough review of the workers' compensation system in Washington State, with a focus on the representation and rights of injured workers. Consider the potential for a conflict of interest in the current representation structure and explore alternatives that ensure fair and equal representation for all parties involved in workers' compensation claims. Investigate the feasibility and benefits of establishing an independent ombudsman for workers in our state. I believe that addressing these concerns is not only in the interest of injured workers but also in the broader interest of justice, fairness, and the upholding of human rights in our state. I am committed to engaging in constructive dialogue and am available for further discussion or to provide additional information. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and am hopeful for positive steps towards addressing these critical issues. Sincerely, Darren Raye Fonzseau WHEN you COVER for STATE LAWMAKERS who SILENCE L&I and folks suffering under HUMAN RIGHTS FEDERAL VIOLATIONS? It is oppressive for the victims. Peace. To American lawmakers State and Federal, You destroyed my life with your #ClassWar on me in state work comp/L&I and SSDI systems. Branded Man: A Modern Tale, youtube.com/ZBrXTwQ5gb4?si=u5t1…… ORTIZ-SELF should not be allowed to USE IMMIGRANTS on the Latino legislative day to spin the state L&I narrative away from our injured workers who needed federal human rights. YOU can not complain about child labor in red states when blue state lawmakers lie to us all. I TRY to get the TRUTH TOLD as mY LOCAL DEMOCRATS and Republicans conspire to cover this systemic patient abuse and oppression up. WITH SILENCE. I CALL FOUL. Marry FOSSE and US REP RICK LARSEN and US SEN Patty MURRAY ned to run their mouths about my human rights. OR this is just a police nation? WITH NO REPRESENTATION FOR the workers or immigrants.

Who would win if it were Marianne Williamson vs. Nikki Haley in 2024?… Haley.

"Don't have health care" --- you're just too dumb to run anything. Everyone has access to healthcare in the US

Haley vs. Williamson The only certainty within this 2024 presidential race is that there is a significant, feminine presence on either side representing the oppositional forces of peace and war. Even this notion is up for grabs, considering the DNC’s willingness to conduct the most conspicuous actions of voter suppression seen in decades. What is there to fear in feminine leadership other than fear itself? Sadly, without any of us having the courage to say the quiet part out loud, we have once again showcased our unwillingness to condemn the sexism right in our faces. Many of us see the actual battle brewing between the feminine as it wants to lead, and the part of the feminine that wants to be seen as one of the phallic, warhawks. Certainly I don’t suggest that the feminine doesn’t have the ferocity to crush its enemies, but right now the level of strife in the world calls for the calming of temperatures. If fate deems the US to contend with this inevitable feminine showdown, then I hope peace truly prevails. @NikkiHaley @marwilliamson #WomensRights #Womenshealth #WomenEmpowerment #WomeninBusiness #WomenInTech #reproductivehealth #WomensArt #WomenInPolitics

A UBI solves chronic despair. It is a simpler and more streamlined social program than the hundreds put forward. It makes inroads into homelessness, food insecurity, stable homes for children, etc.
