Biden doesn’t decide who is on the ballot in any state. He only decides if he wants to be on a ballot. Plus if you have supporters they’ll write you in like Biden supporters will be doing in New Hampshire despite him not being on the ballot.

Biden's team is going with "we must save Democracy" while doing everything to block and silence other candidates. The DNC and RNC does everything in its power to uphold the duopoly. Doesn't seem like Democracy to me! It's the illusion of choice!

In NC nobody other than Biden formally petitioned to be added to the ballot. Which requires getting 10,000 signatures to show support. If Dean, Marianne, & Jill Stein would stop complaining on Twitter about not being automatically added to the ballot & actually do the legwork they could make the deadlines. "I'm going to win president, but can't even get 10k signatures to be on the ballot" is not the flex you think it is.
