So can "WE THE PEOPLE" get an accounting from these states as to how, why, and where these monies are REQUIRED to PROVIDE for "THE PEOPLE'S NEED TO PARTICIPATE IN THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO VOTE!
