The fact that those loans ever existed was an egregious exploitation of America’s young. America should be setting our young people up to win, not cutting them off at their knees. The President could use the Higher Education Act to cancel the entire debt. Quality higher education should be the right of every American who academically achieves it.
My Administration has cancelled student debt for 3.6 million people through various actions, bringing the promise of higher education to more hardworking Americans. And we’re going to keep going.

It’s crippling our family. Sure would like a new used car but not with 3 student loans. And rates are up to 9%. We screwed til I die.

He didn’t create the loans though so simmer down…

Ignorance in education institutional robbery is another one of your weaknesses. Community colleges provide higher education but are run by States. It's very cheap. Free education = 60% failure rate. Paid education = 60% success rate. 🚀Which student group cares the most?

Am I the asshole for not wanting to pay for someone else’s non profitable education? Can someone else pay my car payment for me?

Not only that but congress sets the interest rates and they seem to go up regardless if D or R controls the congress. The least they could do is remove the interest. But they rather profit from the principal.

@CNNPolitics there's a resemblance between Xóchitl Gálvez Ruiz 🇲🇽 & Marianne Williamson 🇺🇲 In my opinion you have a whole lot more to gain by inviting Miss. Williamson because Xóchitl Gálvez likes her. Just saying
