I agree Donald Trump shouldn’t be kept off the ballot by Secretaries of State, and it’s equally undemocratic that @deanbphillips and myself are kept off ballots due to Secretaries of State doing the bidding of the DNC.

If you met the requirements for a particular state and they refused to put you on the ballot that’s an issue. I can only assume that is not the case (if it were you would pursue legal remedies instead of these antics).

Bad take Marianne. Following the rule of law is a necessity, regardless of your personal opinions. State’s are doing their job and following their laws. SCOTUS will have a chance to rule if their decisions are constitutional or not.
