I agree Donald Trump shouldn’t be kept off the ballot by Secretaries of State, and it’s equally undemocratic that @deanbphillips and myself are kept off ballots due to Secretaries of State doing the bidding of the DNC.

Holy disagree. Fuck DT.
We can't have state officials deciding whether a candidate committed insurrection or not. Impeachment abuse is bad enough already without adding due process-free claims of rebellion to our politics.
You and Dean aren’t treasonous villains
That’s a foolish comparison. Trump is not kept off by an AG or a SoS, he is kept off by the language of the constitution. Your battle is not his.
You both are grifters who don’t deserve to be taken seriously.
hes a felon, and youre a flake
During normal course of business, ME Sec State office, to prepare ballots, evaluating eligibility: 35yr+ old? Check. Natural born citizen? Check. Engaged in Insurrection? Oh Oh! To ignore this and approve Trump's eligibility, THAT would be 'going rogue.
So, let's not swear an oath to the Constitution... And, b/c the 22nd Amendment says only two terms, let's ignore too. It's not Secretaries of State doing it! Read the 14th sec 3, please.
But but . . . that’s the “democracy” you wish to save from the oh, my, “fascists.” 🤣😂🤣
I remember quite well when Democrats lashed out at GOP to favor solely DJT to protect his adult kids. But, at the same time, Democrats do the same for Biden, who runs to protect his son Hunter from jail time. Another hypocrisy by the Democrats
