I agree Donald Trump shouldn’t be kept off the ballot by Secretaries of State, and it’s equally undemocratic that @deanbphillips and myself are kept off ballots due to Secretaries of State doing the bidding of the DNC.

Democrat Party Modus Operandi, keeping candidates and parties off the ballot, especially 3rd Parties. They can't win on their own merits. There is absolutely nothing democratic about the Democrat[ic] Party! #DemExit! #JillStein2024
This is a fraudulent misrepresentation. If you don’t like the Dem party that’s your right. But to claim secretaries of state are acting wrongfully? Gross.
It all constitutes election interference, deprives Americans of their right to vote for their choice candidate, and itself illegal. Talk about treason. Democrats falsely accused Russia of election interference, but this is election interference via false disqualification.
And Biden shouldn’t be afraid to debate you or RFK but we know the DNC is protecting him because his brain is mush.
They followed the constitution. It's up to the courts. Ffs.
At least one court has found he violated the 14th amendment. If we trust the rule of law, why shouldn't he be kept off the ballots?
You're comparing party rules to the U.S. Constitution. Nobody is keeping you off the ballot, the DNC is just saying they don't want you to use their name to do so.
you think the AG shouldn't follow the LAWS of her own state. She's following the LAW in Maine. She's NOT the last word here. The Constitution is unambiguous on this point tho.
