A just transition from a war economy to a peace economy would make sure the people with those jobs make a lateral move. Many are in research, development, and technology, which can be put to good use in the creation of a vital peace economy. Re appeasement, I am well aware and share your overall concern.

As much as I would love this to be true, you know perfectly well declaring war against the military industrial complex will take more than a mere election, it will take a REVOLUTION. Not sure if Americans are quite ready for that yet. 🤷🏻‍♂️
