TO:Senator June RobinsonCC:Rep. Julio Cortes, Rep. Mary FosseFROM:Darren FonzseauSTREET ADDRESS:2914 14TH ST Apt 2
#Apt 2 Everett, WA 98201EMAIL:darrenfonzseau@yahoo.comPHONE:(425) 533-7548SUBJECT:YOU and Marry FOSSE and Snohomish Count Democrats covering up a class war on labors fed human rightsMESSAGE:To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the use of civil harassment laws in our community, particularly in instances where they may be employed to silence constituents advocating for important issues. As a dedicated advocate for injured workers' rights, I have encountered numerous challenges in bringing these critical issues to the attention of our lawmakers and community leaders.
Recently, I have been subjected to restraining orders that I believe are being used inappropriately to silence my advocacy. While I respect the legal process and adhere to these orders, I am troubled by the implications of using such measures against individuals who are actively participating in the democratic process by voicing their concerns.
My advocacy work, which includes creating informational videos and engaging in peaceful expression through music, is aimed at highlighting the plight of injured workers and the need for better protections and rights. This work is not only a personal mission but also a matter of public interest, as it concerns the well-being and rights of workers in our community and across the nation.
I am particularly concerned about the recent actions of Marry FOSSE, which I believe are indicative of a broader issue within our system. It is imperative that our civil harassment laws are not misused to stifle legitimate advocacy and dissent.
I urge you, as our elected representatives, to consider the implications of these actions and to ensure that our legal system is not weaponized against those who seek to participate in the democratic process. It is crucial that the voices of all constituents, including those who have faced legal challenges or have dissenting views, are heard and respected.
I am committed to continuing my advocacy peacefully and respectfully and hope to engage in constructive dialogue with our community leaders and lawmakers. I believe that through open communication and mutual understanding, we can address the issues facing injured workers and work towards meaningful solutions.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and to the opportunity to discuss these issues further.
Sincerely,
Darren Raye Fonzseau I AM TRIED OF BEING LIED TO by my own liberal left.
