Biden is grounded in a 20th century mindset, and 20th century thinking will not solve the problems of the 21st. Only when we look for answers in root causes and not just symptoms, in the human experience and not just lifeless data, in peace building and not just brute force, will humanity have a chance.

Containing the symptom is the first step. THEN you can go after the root cause. You don't try to move a person to a better neighborhood while they are bleeding out from a gunshot wound.
