Not back peddling at all. If you read the entirety of what I’ve written and the videos that I have made on this, you would not be slandering someone based on a 5 second clip. I was referring to the fact that Israel had left Gaza in 2005. I have never denied the blockade or the siege or it’s consequences. I did learn that it is best to describe it as a continued occupation, and for that I take responsibility. But I never said to anyone that there was no occupation of Palestinian territory by Israel. Ever. And I have been vocal speaking out against it for many years longer than some of my critics have even known the situation existed.
