No matter what we think of Donald Trump politically, he must be treated fairly by our justice system. Equal treatment before the law not only means that everyone is held accountable, but also that everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Trump has not been proven guilty of insurrection in a court of law, and a ruling based on nothing but that opinion is stepping onto a very slippery slope.

Thank you for standing up to the rule of law. My father would not be proud. Sad to say.

Democrat with integrity. We don't see that much anymore. My father agrees.

Remember what they did to Trump they can easily do to Marian Williams or anybody else if they dont tow their warmongering line. In fact the democrat party is not allowing Marianne on the ballot as well. Pretty disgraceful party.

The Democrats abandoned the rights of the accused to be considered innocent until proven guilty years ago, just as they have abandoned due process. They insanely say that Trump is guilty of insurrection, even though he was found innocent of this charge during his impeachment trial. The US Senate acquitted him of the charge of insurrection.

Very honorable of you! It’s not right how the DNC has been against you or @RobertKennedyJr either! I don’t understand how people can vote for this bullshit! The @GOP isn’t much better!

Thank you for stating what SHOULD be obvious to ALL Americans. People who are all in for using communist tactics to go after a person THEY don't like, may get the chance in the future to be POLITICALLY PERSECUTED using the same logic that the CO Judges are using. #BadPrecedence

I agree, he isn't who I am voting for, but removing him without conviction is wrong.

You should know. The DNC doesn't want you on the ballot for the same reason.

Congress already stepped in that proverbial poo when the ousted Santos. I'm sure he is guilty and everyone else is sure he is guilt, but he hadn't been convicted of anything and they just tossed him out of congress.
