No matter what we think of Donald Trump politically, he must be treated fairly by our justice system. Equal treatment before the law not only means that everyone is held accountable, but also that everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Trump has not been proven guilty of insurrection in a court of law, and a ruling based on nothing but that opinion is stepping onto a very slippery slope.

When are you gonna figure out Democrats hate you?

This post will make you wildly unpopular with Democrats but it will also earn you enormous credibility for your courage. Brava!!
Democrats are busy trying to rig BOTH the Democratic and Republican primaries. They’re officially the bad guys now.

You are the smartest democrat.

@krystalball take note. It takes some high-grade self-delusion to think that the same legal system that wants to put Julian #Assange in supermax for the rest of his life for the “crime” of exposing the lies of the ruling class is legit in trying to take Trump off the ballot and put him away for life.

Thank you. Why people don’t understand that if they can treat a President like this, they’ll treat us 100x worse.

I am a Trump supporter, but I have read some of your work and respect you. I thank you for being one of the very few Democrats politicians who are brave enough to speak out against this travesty. It is just dividing Americans like never before.
