No matter what we think of Donald Trump politically, he must be treated fairly by our justice system. Equal treatment before the law not only means that everyone is held accountable, but also that everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Trump has not been proven guilty of insurrection in a court of law, and a ruling based on nothing but that opinion is stepping onto a very slippery slope.

I disagree, there are folks that have been jailed who said they went there because he told them to. Why should they be incarcerated and the leader gets to run around the country campaigning for a job he was no good at.

He’s been treated very fairly, ridiculously so,anyone else facing 91 felony charges would already be in jail.

Show me where section 3 of the 14th amendment to the constitution mentions having been found guilty in a court of law. I'll wait.

Sorry but we all saw what we saw and heard what we heard him say on TV. We also watched the January 6 committee and as for me, there’s no doubt in my mind.

Trump was literally proven guilty in a court of law in a civil suit. His attorneys argued a defense for two weeks and lost. The case was appealed and the court upheld the ruling and applied 14.S3 which does not require criminal conviction to be applied. Educate yourself.
