Even if we agree that Israel was justified in trying to destroy Hamas' military capability, there is no moral justification for what this war has cost the Palestinian people in terms of civilian casualties. Moreover, this war has only added to a hatred that will last for generations, producing more harm to everyone. 1/3

Whether Netanyahu convinced Biden this war was an appropriate strategy, whether Biden encouraged him or whether he simply went along - it was and is both morally and strategically indefensible. Every day the war has gone on has been a humanitarian abomination and disservice to both Palestinians and Israelis alike. 2/3

Not one more day of delay is acceptable. As President, I would say "No more." No more money. No more support at the UN. No more repeating the same mistake we have made for years, failing to hold a friend accountable. It is time to stop the madness. It is time to stop this war. 3/3

The problem is we don't know what the civilian casualties are. Hamas' numbers are hardly reliable. Estimates say Hamas had around 30,000 fighters. The total number of killed people is below that, so it is normal it will continue to grow. 30,000 at least deserve to be killed.

It’s incredible arguing with people about this, because they will justify the decimation of a hospital.

What do you think Israel should do to protect its security in place of waging war on Hamas? What would be a better strategy to ensure that Hamas cannot repeat Oct 7, as they have vowed to do?

UN Human Rights Office reports that Israeli forces summarily executed at least 11 men, then forced women and children into a room and shot them or threw a grenade, seriously injuring them. This is what the Biden administration is defending at the UN Security Council. Partners in genocide.

Hamas leadership has to be removed. Sadly, if Palestinians enable their leaders and continue to support them in any way, they become a part of the problem versus the solution. Right? It's the exact same with Democrat leaders here. They, too, have to be removed. You know. Sick.

This claim, "this war has only added to a hatred that will last for generations, producing more harm to everyone", presumes that the people there have not already maxed out on all possible hatred. This presumption does not seem warranted, based on events on October 7th...
