Shocker (not): the Democratic Party only submitted the name of Joe Biden. Unfortunately the pattern is that you and Dean seem to not understand that each state makes its own rules, sets its own calendar, and determines these things on basis of state and not national party need. The DNC has absolutely nothing to do with this. Nothing. Nada.
