Happening in real time... Right now the North Carolina Elections Board is accepting ballot declarations from the political parties. Shocker (not): the Democratic Party only submitted the name of Joe Biden. I'm here to argue for my inclusion based on the fact that I'm an FEC certified candidate, our campaign has been in the national press, and we're on the ballot already in over 20 states. 1/2

So far no room for public comment. The board's final decision will be made on January 2. North Carolinians please be ready to attend the meeting on that day. More details to come. This is the biggest issue: THERE IS A PATTERN HERE. The DNC is doing everything possible to make sure Joe Biden is the only candidate listed on ballots in whatever states they can. 2/2

There are more 200 FEC certified candidates for the Democratic Party - that would in no real world imply intent . Do you have more actions that certify your intent with them than these things?

According to your logic Mike Pence should have been added to the ballot in North Carolina Media Filed Fundraised Or maybe just follow the process to file interest in running

You are not a legitimate candidate. You have zero chance. This is a vanity campaign. There’s no place for that when democracy is at stake.

I’ll still write your name in.

Can you do a write in campaign in these states? I think you need an affidavit to have them counted though

Praying for you (and for our country)!

It's no secret that the @DNC is a private corporation and can do whatever it wants. Until that changes, our votes mean nothing.

So much for our awesome Democracy. In a Democracy it shouldn't be that hard to get on the ballot. Such an unfair system that a political party can decide ballot inclusion.

Did they ask for petition signatures or a filing fee? Deadline? What are the actual filing rules and not the filing rules you are trying to establish on your own? The state of North Carolina determines these things not the candidates. JFYI.
