Pope Francis is now allowing priests to bless same sex unions. He says such unions should not be subject to “exhaustive moral analysis” and that anyone seeking God‘s love and mercy should receive it. Millions of lives will be released from judgement by this, many families reconciled, many hearts given comfort that were tormented before. Much respect for him for this. This is truly a great thing. 🙏

Um... The Pope has control over Judgement? I'm confused. Papa has control over the Church and Church Doctrine, not over Divine Judgement. If God says X and the Pope says Y, is God going to submit to Papal Authority? Really? What school of Catholicism did you attend?

I personally hate this. I prefer the religious be frothing at the mouth hateful bigots. This “tolerance” lends legitimacy and longevity to a hateful institution that we would all be better off without sooner than later!
