Joe Biden is not the one who can do that, and we must snap out of whatever delusional mindset would make us think he is. We must meet radical fear with radical love. The only way to defeat the undemocratic assaults on our democracy is to make sure our democracy delivers so much, with such vibrancy and justice, that the people themselves will choose it. Then and only then will the enemies of democracy be pushed back in our time as they have been pushed back in times before.
