I've always understood that Israel's siege on Gaza is morally indefensible and has caused immense suffering to Palestinians living there, but I had mistakenly assumed that Israel's withdrawal of settlements from Gaza in 2005 meant the term "occupation" no longer applied to Israel's control of the strip. I'm now learning that the UN and many leading international bodies and human rights organizations continue to regard Gaza as part of the occupied territories, so I stand corrected on my earlier remarks suggesting otherwise. But more importantly, as President, I will fight for a future free of siege and occupation; one where every Israeli and every Palestinian can live in safety, dignity, and freedom.

The problem is that Americans have been manipulated... media has been used as a we@apon against Palestinians, Arabs, Africa Americans, etc... I question everything... Many people don't believe my true story of how I learned the hard way how Palestinians are treated... I visited Is@rael and Palestine 🇵🇸. I found the hard way how horrific Palestinians get treated when I visited Bethlehem and in case you don't know there are buses for Palestinians with tones of check points and for visitors which don't have to stop. Well, it was almost 12 midnight, and I was the only tourist left on the bus, and it broke down. Someone decided to put me in the Palestinian bus (things happen for a reason). I hopped on the Palestinian bus, fell asleep, only to be woken up by a Zi0nist Isr@eli soldier screaming at me, abusing me verbally. He made everyone get off and they searched through everything. When I gave him my passport, he threw it on the floor. I can also tell you of the time that one of those soldier almost killed me for witnessing how they steal the Palestinian homes. I should have a space and share how I traveled alone through the whole Middle East as a woman (many others have done it too), and met all types of people just like I do when I traveled through our beautiful USA and all the states.

This has been going on your entire life and you never bothered to try and understand it. Worse, you accepted Israel's lies. You can't be trusted to make logical decision. Your judgment is not ready for prime time.

It's amazing that you hadn't paid attention to anything that has happened in the past 2 months and now you're trying to do damage control. Too late!

So, let me get this right. The person that wants to lead the nation, thought that they withdrew settlements almost 2 decades ago, when they have consistently since then waltzed in to steal land and homes, and torment natives. Fascinating.

I’m not sure what it is people are applauding you here for. This supposed “apology“ is just an indictment as to why you should never be president of the United States of America. You came out onto the world stage offering your opinions about an issue, only the most important issue of our time, you’re now “claiming” you know nothing about. The entirety of Palestine has been under occupation for 75+ years. How is it children on TikTok know this but you, a presidential candidate, don’t? Taking into consideration the sea change in opinion on this issue, people may be left thinking that this apology is nothing more than a convenient stunt just to acquire their votes 👀

Wait... I knew Israel occupied Gaza for two years now. But YOU'RE literally running for President and didn't know this? This is a BAD look, Ms. Williamson.
