It’s clear now that #Cop28 was a performative networking opportunity for oil producers, with just enough sincere concern thrown into the mix to create the appearance of an intention to do anything - pretty much anything at all - to forestall the catastrophe that lurks.

Cutting fossil fuels would be a catastrophe, particularly for poorer countries. It's like the ethanol in gasoline stupidity of 20 years ago. The govt mandated that ethanol be added to gasoline. Corn processors made ethanol. There was less corn for food on world markets. Duh!

There is a lot happening. They are projecting record breaking levels of coal use globally 😁 it is important to read the footnotes in your climate fairy tale

WSJ, ‘The Phony Climate Promises of COP28.’ “The COP agreement, weak as it is, reflects the arrogance of global elites who are ignoring what electorates are saying about the costs they are willing to pay.” “Europeans are revolting against policies” as energy prices soar.

Marianne. I love what you stand for. Can you please run for a house seat. We need more people & diversity in the squad too. Sadly, President ain’t happening.😢You’re slamming your head into a wall. I’ve been to that wall twice already w/Bernie. Should have Dan as a Republican.

There is no catastrophe Marianne. It’s a hoax. Much like your run for President.

The only catastrophe that’s “lurking” is the fake climate scam being ramrodded down our throats by bamboozlers like you.
