UMC RNs are #UnionStrong!!!! Despite management's best efforts, we won our union election. We are thrilled to finally have a seat at the table to fight for #SafeStaffing, adequate supplies, and the BEST patient care. We did it!!!

I find it preposterous that you would find it preposterous. I agree with your statement that you are "not the greatest visionary in the U.S.", otherwise you would understand how easy it is to "vision" someone out of their nurse‘s license.
