I respectfully suggest that you expand your perspective on the matter of health by watching Dr. Robert Lustig on YouTube explaining what is causing poor metabolic health. Seed oils, vegetable oils, processed carbs, sweeteners and sugar are the main culprits. We need to be eating whole foods. There are so many vested interests in keeping the status quo, but you are committed to disrupting it for the good of the people, so this would be good information for you to have.
