The DNC has assumed the right to replace voters as the ultimate arbiters of the nominating process. Yet only the people should decide what candidate would have the best chance of winning, and the DNC and media have consistently and undemocratically squelched opposing voices.

"We don't run anyone else when we have an incumbent" is nothing but a PR narrative concocted to manipulate Decrats into thinking there's something nefarious about rmounning against Biden in the primary. That is absurd.
