Billionaires buying candidates and elections is what oligarchy is all about. It's not just Nikki Haley or Republicans, it's both parties. We need real campaign finance reform and public funding of elections.

My sense is the Reform he is calling for here is so that a wider group of candidates can run freely and reasonably, without the existing bizarre rules & need of wealth; although it's change for the future. "We need real campaign finance reform and public funding of elections."

He definitely should have waited, AT LEAST until 2024. Early endorsement eliminated the opportunity to choose better or criticize Biden, but I fear he’s lost his nerve and guts.
