There is absolutely nothing stopping the Democratic Party and the President from putting forth policies that would be extremely popular with a majority of the public and guarantee keeping Trump and "authoritarianism" out of power. The reality is that they simply choose not to.

There is nothing stopping the Democratic Party from doing these things except the Democratic Party, which despises popular programs, despite them being in the official party platform. It's the enemy of the people. If this DNC developed time travel, they'd go back and shoot FDR.

Marianne, I've read your books over the years and liked some of them. Having said that, you're nowhere near qualified to be POTUS. You can't use magical thinking to solve hard problems like inflation or Ukraine. It requires actual skills. Biden has them; you don't. Just stop.
