I see the pseudo-sophisticates on Twitter asking what I’m “possibly hoping to achieve…” by running for President. They’re big on the argument that I could never win. Whether I win, I cannot control. But I know what I can control. I can control whether people have the option of a President who says this country belongs to a tiny percentage of us, with a political system that perpetuates a fundamental economic injustice. And that we have to change that. A President who offers an Economic Bill of Rights - from MedicareForAll to a guaranteed living wage. Plus a Department of Peace. And a Department of Children and Youth. And ending the War on Drugs. That’s not just what I “hope” to achieve. Whether or not people choose that option is not under my control, but the option is offered. And I will be able to look at myself in the mirror because I know I offered it. #Marianne2024

Your voice and calm demeanor is important, the harder the Democrats try to shut you down and out the more they show how afraid they are. Those idiots simply don't get it

You're offering this "option" while seeking the endorsement of a party which only offers corrupt candidates and whose process includes "unlimited bribery" as Jimmy noted. It self-admittedly owes no responsibility to popular choice. And super delegates?1/999

Litigation, direct action, education are all possible yet you choose to only appeal to aspirational goals. That fits for the skill set of "spiritual advisor" but not C-in-C. Apart from slashing its budget, what plans for DoD? Reform? Close bases? Redefine mission? 10/999

I do think it's unlikely you will win. But I'm glad you're running in the primary, not as a 3d party, to give voice to another perspective. Actually, I think it would be a huge victory if you could perhaps wind up with influence similar to what Bernie got out of the 2020 primary.

I wish you were much clearer on the evil of Zionism, and that you weren’t running as a Democrat.

You’ve never served in government and know nothing about how it truly runs. You know nothing of foreign policy, and you wouldn’t know legislation if it bit you in the butt. You are not qualified to be a local supervisor, much less President.

I support what you are doing and hope it plants a seed. Politics will remain devoid of principle until candidates refuse to compromise and voters demand nothing less. But faith is lacking. Once just one seedling sprouts, then perhaps we can envision the possibility of a forest.

Hand this thing to trump, and your (sincere?) words won’t matter then.
