I see the pseudo-sophisticates on Twitter asking what I’m “possibly hoping to achieve…” by running for President. They’re big on the argument that I could never win. Whether I win, I cannot control. But I know what I can control. I can control whether people have the option of a President who says this country belongs to a tiny percentage of us, with a political system that perpetuates a fundamental economic injustice. And that we have to change that. A President who offers an Economic Bill of Rights - from MedicareForAll to a guaranteed living wage. Plus a Department of Peace. And a Department of Children and Youth. And ending the War on Drugs. That’s not just what I “hope” to achieve. Whether or not people choose that option is not under my control, but the option is offered. And I will be able to look at myself in the mirror because I know I offered it. #Marianne2024

No offense, but by the weird chance you actually won, the powers that be would chew you up and spit you out the same way they're doing to Trump and you wouldn't have the fortitude to prevail.

I appreciate your viewpoints but unfortunately the game of politics is like 6 dimensional chess. Opinions are only one dimension. Experience is another important dimension.

Some of us lesser cretins think you are grifting GOP money to siphon votes away from Biden/Harris.

I'd vote for you but I wish you were more to the left. We need to evolve beyond capitalism to something like RBE, a resource based economy.

Yes. The department of Peace, long overdue, will need an Art department. Let me know.
