How is this not murder?
A 62-year-old grandfather and church deacon named #JohnnyHollman lost his life in Atlanta police custody after a minor traffic accident. He declined to sign a ticket, believing he wasn't at fault, and tragically, he was tased to death by the officer seconds later. #gapol #Sayhisname #Atlanta

I wouldn't call it murder... just sign the dam ticket... fight it in court, not on the side of the road. It is regretful but not murder.

it IS murder — cops are just ALLOWED to commit murder & no one seems to care, really.

Other countries have extreme hours of training for the armed and dangerous police and have far less problems with things like this but we have so few hours of training here in the US and we have far more police related deaths our "protectors" don't know how to protect us

Police reform is simple: Instead of taxpayer dollars, make the money that is paid out in civil suits come from the PD's pension fund. They'll reform themselves quick if they have to pay out of their own pocket.
