How is this not murder?
A 62-year-old grandfather and church deacon named #JohnnyHollman lost his life in Atlanta police custody after a minor traffic accident. He declined to sign a ticket, believing he wasn't at fault, and tragically, he was tased to death by the officer seconds later. #gapol #Sayhisname #Atlanta

It's murder. Best to understand - NOT repeat. #Dehumanization stems from not thinking, Not thinking stems from no time, Unthoughtfulness stems from a deadline society, which stems from a paycheck-to-paycheck life (likely in debt). A foundation of quicksand vs. solid ground.

Qualified immunity, we incentive ignorance among police officers. Only an honest educated cop can be held accountable for their actions in this country.

Because you have to prove intent, rather than gross negligence That will be hard if the victim is found to have refused a lawful order under the circumstances

Reason why? Blue city! Not good.

Doesn't "murder" typically imply there was intent to kill? A taser is a non-lethal weapon, so it seems hard to claim there was such intent present. Involuntary manslaughter or something might make more sense.

Typical cop Nazism. We know from the Stanford experiment that we give them too much power and they become psychopaths. Anyone who’s ever worked with cops (I have) knows this. We need to get rid of “internal affairs”, we need to pay more and fire a lot more.
